Biography

Jeweliyana Reece is a Canadian multidisciplinary artist known for her luminous glass paintings and expressive acrylic landscapes. Born in Germany and raised in Calgary, Alberta, she finds inspiration in the dramatic seasonal changes - from the brilliant bold of autumn to sparkly white winters and lush green springs ‘n summers.

In 2010 she established Infused Glassworks to pursue art full time and develop her distinctive style of glass landscape painting. Her many commissioned artworks are found in private collections around the world and in public places such as the Bow Valley Ranche Artisan Gardens in Calgary. She has also been featured in the Best of Glass Worldwide (2012) and the Spectrum Glass Catalog.

While her early recognition centered on glass, Jeweliyana has increasingly expanded her practice into acrylic painting, finding mentors/teachers among artists whose work she admired. By 2019 she had changed the company name to Infused ARTwork to reflect the expansion into paintings. In 2022 her solo exhibition Nature ‘n Nurture introduced this evolving body of work, where texture, translucent color, and intuitive layering create landscapes that invite viewers to wander through depth and detail.

Today she continues to teach glass workshops and explore nature’s wingmen and showstoppers through vibrant, immersive paintings that celebrate balance, spontaneity and subtle innuendo.
