REFUND POLICIES - PRINTED ITEMS

ALL PRINTED PRODUCTS are non refundable unless damaged or a misprint.

Damaged or Misprinted Goods within 30 days.
If something is not printed correctly or there is a discrepancy with it, please email info@infusedartwork.com. We'll investigate and issue a ticket for a replacement order.   
If your order is damaged in shipping we may need to place a claim with the shipper directly. Please email pics of the unopened damaged packaging and goods so that we can process your replacement order.
When requesting a replacement, please provide us with your order number.

Printed products are printed one at a time as ordered. They are not inventoried. This means if you want to switch a size or color, a new order must be placed. Refunds or replacements are only issued for any product  that is printed incorrectly or damaged. 

REFUND POLICY - ORIGINAL ARTWORK

It's original artwork. Chances are that if you liked enough from the images on line, you are going to LOVE it in person. Photographs never quite capture the beauty and detail. If you are not happy with your order we will work with you to try and alleviate that. Call us at 403 701 3378 ( Mon to Fri 10am to 5pmMST)

Orders of stocked original artwork can be exchanged if approved. To initiate an exchange please call 1 403 701 3378 or send us an email to info@infusedartwork.com . Product must be returned in its original condition in order to receive a full refund. Shipping will not be refunded. Honesty is the best policy. If there is a problem, we are happy to work with you to solve it. Perhaps a commission can be done. If not then a refund can be issued once product is received in original condition.

Custom comissioned art requires a 50% non refundable deposit to initiate the order. You will, by this time be in communication with Jeweliyana. She sends images to you at various stages of creation in order to assure your satisfaction. Balance is due when order is ready to ship. All commission artwork is non refundable.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom comissions and imprinted items such as canvas prints, decor, apparel and accessories that are printed are not eligible unless they are damaged or the order is incorrect. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES
Printed items and custom comissioned original artwork it is not exchangeable. If it is a stock original artwork you'd like to exchange, please email us a phone number and time to contact you to discuss. Exchanges are available up to 14 days after you receive the product. The replacement item will not ship out until the returning item is received. 

REFUNDS if approved and issued
Printed Items
If a refund is forthcoming, it will be issued back to the credit card or method you paid with. Refunds are for product only, not shipping unless approved. We'll be in communication with you and will let you know if shipping can be refunded. It depends on circumstances. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

Original Art
Commission orders are non refundable. You will be in consultation with Jeweliyana, the artist during the process of commissioning an original work of her art. She sends pictures of the work in progress as she creates it for you, to ensure your satisfaction before completion. Stock items will be refunded upon passing inspection and must be returned in condition they left our studio in. If they were damaged in shipping then a claim must be submitted with the carrier. If this is the case you need to take pictures of damaged packaging and product in order to submit a claim to recover costs. If you need help with this please contact us and we will do our best to work through it with you. All comission glass orders are packaged with extra care and shipped insured.  

Unfortuntately, shipping costs are not refundable. Depending on the situation and solely at our discretion we may offer you a coupon code that can be used toward a future purchase.
