SHIPPING COSTS
Printed Products - Shipping is free on all clothing, home decor and lifestyle items.
Original artwork - Orders over $300 receive free shipping via regular ground mail or courier depending on where you live. It is best to send an email to confirm availability Shipping for orders less than $300 is charged at checkout or will be quoted when you are placing a custom order.
Canvas Prints - Free shipping Canada and USA. Available for a minimal cost to the rest of the world. Calculated at checkout before payment.
CUSTOMS and DUTY
Depending on where you live and what you have ordered, there may be duty and a brokerage fee. It is charged by the courier or postal service that delivers your parcel. We are unable to include it in our pricing and have no authority over what a country charges if they do.
NOTE: aprons, socks, racerback dresses and weekender bags are shipped from USA so if you live in the States they are duty 'n tariff free. All other printed products come from China.
CANADA: All printed products other than listed above, ship from China. Duty and import taxes are included in price. It should arrive at your door all in duty and tariff free.
If ordering product that is shipped from USA, Even though it qualifies as duty free, because it is arriving via USPS, DHL FEDEX or Loomis, it will be subject to a minimum charge, flat rate brokerage fee per shipment (not per product). It is out of our hands and payable to the courier/postman when your package arrives. The average fee Canada post/USPS charges is <$10> and couriers <$20> BUT! ...see good news next.
Good News! Because of this issue with goods via USA, we have researched and tested sources from other countries that arrive at your door all in. No duty, no brokerage, no hassles. The only items that are not included in this are: Socks, Aprons, Racerback Dresses, Leggings and Weekender Bags.
SHIPPING TIMES
Printed Products
Processing/production time is 1 to 4 days to print your order (nothing sits on a shelf in inventory. It's printed as ordered.) After that, shipping time is typically 3 to 7 business days in USA and 12 to 15 in Canada and other countries. If you need something faster, please email us and we can let you know what the express shipping fee will cost.
Printed products are shipped from various factories around the globe depending on what you order. If you have ordered multiple items, it's possible that they will ship from different locations ( ie Vegan leather bags ship from China [typically only takes aprx 7 to 10 days to arrive once ordered] and weekender bags ship from USA.) This means you may receive more than one delivery. Tracking information for each item, if different sources, will be emailed to you with your shipping confirmation.

Stocked items processing is 1 to 3 business days and aprx 7 to 10 business days to arrive. Custom orders will be quoted and confirmed on a per order basis.
Original Art Work
We carefully package each shipment of original artwork in Calgary AB. Canada. Orders for in stock items will be processed in 1 to 2 business days and an email confirmation with your tracking information will be sent shortly after that. If you have ordered a custom made commission piece we will provide a shipping date with your confirmation email and send you tracking info once product has shipped.
Shipping time is aprox 4 to 9 business days depending on your location. We will provide an estimate along with your tracking info.
All Artwork orders are shipped insured for their replacement value.
If you receive a damaged unopened package do not open it. Please email us at info@infusedartwork.com. for instructions. We will need pictures of damaged unopened package to initiate a claim with Canada Post and we will work together to get your replacement on its way to you as soon as possible.
Products will be shipped using Canada Post, Canpar, UPS or Purolator depending on where you are located. This is at our discretion unless we have agreed to special instructions with you prior to order leaving our facility.
